* Australian Centre for Tropical Freshwater Research;

* Economic Geology Research Unit;
* Bioinformatics Applications Research Centre;
* Centre for Coral Reef Biodiversity; and
* Marine & Aquaculture Research Facility Unit which includes an on-campus Aquaria Complex and Orpheus Island Research Unit.
