KEY CENTRE FOR TROPICAL WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT - NTU

The school was established in 2004 to facilitate integrated research of the environment of northern Australia and similar climatic regions globally, with emphasis on Southeast Asia.

The school is comprised of three focus areas: Wildlife and Landscape Science, Aquatic Ecosystems and Water Resources, and Livelihoods and Policy. Scientists within each group work together on projects, examining environmental issues from many different perspectives.

In addition, the school is the base for several specialist groups that bring together researchers from the university, government, and other research institutions in the Northern Territory.
