THE FACULTY OF NURSING, MIDWIFERY AND HEALTH

The Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Health at UTS offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Subjects are taught by academic staff with professional experience as registered nurses, who are specialists in their fields and involved in nursing research. Their work is complemented by part-time clinical staff who are also nursing practitioners in local Area Health Services.

This combination of research, practical experience and theoretical knowledge ensures that students are provided with up to date knowledge and practice experience. UTS courses not only keep pace but often lead the way into new areas of investigation, new technologies, new industry practices, emerging career paths and social change.
