I’ve just come back from an internship in France and thoroughly enjoyed it! It’s definitely been an inspiration to do another language-learning, work-experience-getting, fun-having holiday! I’m thinking of a språkresor in the beautiful Sweden for my next trip but who knows…I met a great Italian girl in France and she’d recently been on a vacanze di studio Berlino and really made Germany sound so great – so there appeals too! I like the idea of working as well as doing a language course – you’re only abroad for a few weeks so you may as well make the most of it! It’s great to be able to involve yourself in the local culture too and working gives you plenty of opportunity to do this – you see real life and meet people from the city (all potential tour guides!). Your new colleagues can always help you with your language school homework too; you’re sure to be top of the class! If you cannot get abroad, then why not consider being a host to a foreign person looking for an escuela de ingles en Inglaterra? You play the teacher but your student can always help you learn his/her language and introduce their own culture to you. A holiday experience without even leaving your home!
