I am an Assistant Principal in a Secondary School in Darwin, NT. Our staff turnover is so bad that it is now a major factor in student outcomes.
In response to teacher stress, and the lack of PD money and opportunities for our staff I have created an outstanding conference called Treasuring Education.
It is being held in Bali in January 2009. It is being run by educators, for educators, and the workshops are practical and dynamic. Lots of opportunities for networking with other educators.
