Based on our Swiss Hotel Association heritage, ICHM maintains strong industry links that are vital for maintaining our high standards and relevance.

ICHM emphasises industry cooperative training, with industry placement (internship) taking up to 50% of the total program. Guest lectures by international industry leaders and site inspections also form part of the course.

All teaching staff have extensive industry experience and undertake ongoing professional development, with several lecturers visiting their industry counterparts around the world each year.
