The school encourages punctuality and regular attendance. Students arriving after classes have started, need to obtain a late arrival form from the school office, to present to the teacher.

Parents are required to advise the school in writing of any full or part day absence of their child. This written advice should be received by the school in advance of planned absences, such as outside appointments for the child or extended leave periods. In the case of short-term unplanned absences, such as those resulting from short-term illness, written advice can be submitted upon the child's return to school. Where an unplanned absence is likely to become longer-term, however, parents should notify the school as soon as possible.

If a child is to be collected early from school, parents are required to report to the school office before collecting their child.

If your child becomes ill at school, the school will attempt to contact you to collect your child. A current contact telephone number is essential for this purpose.
