Evatt House is one of four of the University's residences on-campus and one of two self-catered residences. Evatt House provides single room accommodation for 211 tertiary students and residents come from country New South Wales, interstate and overseas.

The community of Evatt House is renowned for its warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and is supported by a network of trained Residential Staff.
