AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL UNDERSTANDING

AIIU, a not-for-profit organisation, offers a variety of cultural

and educational exchange programs to high school students.

With several destinations to choose from students can spend a

term, a semester or a year abroad. For qualifying students AIIU

has scholarships available for its 10-month program to Japan.

AIIU hosts over 3000 inbound students eachyear who homestay

with volunteer host families across Australia. The company

operates out of Brisbane, Cairns, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide

and Perth.
