The Bachelor of Nursing course is designed to enable students of nursing to undertake a comprehensive program to pursue a career in nursing. The course contains 24 units. Most units are taught by staff from the School of Nursing; however, the School of Behavioural and Social Sciences and Humanities, the School of Human Movement and Sport Sciences, the School of Information Technology and Mathematical Sciences and the School of Science provide significant teaching contributions to the program.

The School of Nursing is committed to internationalising its curricula, increasing opportunities for local onshore students to experience living and studying in another culture, and recruiting international students into its onshore and offshore programs.
