Clients agree to enter into an agreed obligation regarding advertising services, with information provided by the education client to the Neda Service in the further promotion of the educational body they are authorized to represent.

When your advertising renewal falls due, you will be notified electronically and by fax of the renewal date approaching within one month prior to the renewal date.

The client agrees to give due attention to these renewals and must respond to their assigned Neda representative within due time or no later than seven days after the renewal date has lapsed to inform us to continue with the online publication or to cease online publication.

Signed authorities each year are based as 'ongoing' unless otherwise advised.

By failing to respond to your NEDA representative within the due time and failing to make contact with either your representative or the Neda Head Office on Tel: +61 2 9569 9133) or by email to info@education.net.au your listing publication will automatically roll over for a new 12 months subscription period as per the contract agreement.

Clients should be aware that they have an obligation to follow up with their assigned Rep regarding their renewals falling due. Failing to make contact or by not responding to the requests for new instructions in due time, this will implement the previous authorized ongoing contract agreement as the contract that will rollover for another 12 month period.

Payment for inclusion is to be made no later than 14 days after going live with your publication.

Invoices for live publication features are sent once agreements have been received or rollover terms have been implemented.

Cancellation of your publication during the subscription period needs to be sent in writing to info@education.net.au .

These terms and conditions have been set out and duly authorized by the Department of Fair Trading Australia ( Tel: 9895 0111 ), as the correct, fair and lawful guidelines in which NEDA will conduct its operations to protect its education advertising online services.
