North Lakes State College is a proud and innovative college that offers high quality education for both boys and girls from the Prepatory school year through to Year 12.

The college has three sub schools - Junior (Prep to Year 6), Middle (Year 7 to Year 9) and Senior (Year 10 to Year 12). Each sub school offers a diverse and rich curriculum supported by quality teaching that gives our students a seamless transition through their 13 years of schooling.

Our focus is on meeting the needs of each student within a safe and supportive environment. At North Lakes State College we believe that our students deserve the best that we can give them, the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and talents and an environment that successfully prepares them as a vital member of our community.

Information and Technology

We believe that a strong and effective use of information and communication technology (ICT) engages students in their learning. In a modern information age, it is vital for students to develop the knowledge and skills that will prepare them for a future that will involve an increasing application of technology. 

International Experience

North Lakes State College and the Italian School Community have worked in partnership since the College's foundation to provide a rich European Language program for our students.

Highly qualified, and predominantly native speaking Italian teachers, teach our students Italian from preschool to Year 12.
