'Seek the Way of Life'

Whitebridge High School was established in 1963 and is situated about eight kilometres from the centre of Newcastle and one kilometre from the beach. It is set in a pleasant tree-studded campus with excellent student facilities.

Whitebridge High offers a challenging and diverse curriculum relevant to those wishing to pursue an academic or vocational program. A comprehensive range of subjects is offered and flexible timetable allows students to complete work-based training programs with minimal disruption to school-based instruction.

Each year Whitebridge students are recognised as achievers. The school is the only school in NSW to have a student receive the prestigious Minister's Award for Excellence in twelve consecutive years. Whitebridge High receives outstanding results in the HSC as well as Science, English and Maths competitions.
